Lazeez is an internal tool used by restaurant and cafe staff to manage customers’ digital loyalty passes (Apple Wallet and Google Wallet). The app is built for merchant staff, not the general public.
Data We Process
- Staff account information: name, email address, and login credentials tied to the merchant’s account.
- Customer records entered by staff: name, phone number, points balance, and loyalty pass identifiers (pass serial).
- The app does not collect device location or contact-list data.
Third-Party Data Sharing
- Sentry: crash and performance diagnostic data only, used to keep the app stable — never used for tracking or advertising.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: used to deliver and update customers’ digital loyalty passes via Apple’s and Google’s official platforms.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Data Retention
Customer records are retained for as long as the merchant’s account remains active on the platform. Merchants may request deletion of their data by contacting us.
Account and Data Deletion
Any merchant may request deletion of their account and all associated data. Email us with the subject “Data deletion request” from the account’s registered email address, including the restaurant name.
- What is deleted: the merchant account, its staff accounts, and customer records (name, phone number, points balance).
- Loyalty passes already issued stop receiving updates, and the customer can remove them from their wallet at any time.
- Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verifying the requester.
- Limited records may be retained where a legal obligation requires it.
